Transition IQMF

Submission

Transition is Europe’s first and biggest queer film event focused on intersectionality within the Queer spectrum. We present over 75 films each year, including short- and feature-length documentaries, animation, narrative and experimental works. In addition, we host workshops, discussions, parties and performances.

Transition considers films centered on LGBTIAQ Minority topics including but not limited to: People of color, Migrants, Women*, Religion, Queer Parenthood, Dis/ability, Trans*, Asexuality, Intersexuality, Queer Porn and so on. Essentially, we are looking for films that confront stereotypes, push boundaries and above all, showcases the diverse reality of the LGBTIAQ community around the world.

If you are not sure that your film meets the above criteria - submit it anyway - and it may be selected as part of our special programming for that year.
